RETURNS 

If an item you have ordered reaches you in a damaged condition, please let us know immediately. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund on any damaged product returned to us within seven days of your receipt, provided it is returned in its original packaging, in an unused condition.

Quote your name and order number when emailing us. We will provide you with a returns address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge or send you a refund.

Please be aware that we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in a non-saleable condition.

If you have received these products as a gift and are not 100% satisfied, we will happily issue an exchange of products with products of similar value.
